John is back in NYC, and will be spending the summer as a feature dancer and Dance Captain in the ensemble of Thoroughly Modern Millie at the John W. Engeman Theatre in Northport Long Island. The production is directed by Drew Humphrey, and is choreographed by Drew Humphrey and Dena DiGiacinto.
This spring John will be choreographing Western Carolina University's production of Gypsy presented at The Bardo Performing Arts Center. The production will be directed by Sarah Norris with musical direction by Katya Stanislavskaya.
This fall John will be choreographing Western Carolina University's production of Pop! Who Shot Andy Warhol? performing at the Houey Auditorium. The production will be directed by Claire Eye with music direction by Katya Stanislavskaya.
John is spending the 2015 - 2016 school year as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Dance at Western Carolina University in North Carolina. John will be teaching Tap, Jazz, Theatre Jazz, Ballroom, and Dance Appreciation classes in addition to choreographing the school's musical productions.
This summer John will be playing the role of George in The Drowsy Chaperone at The Cape Playhouse. The production will be directed by Pamela Hunt, and choreographed by Shae Sullivan. The show will star Jo Anne Worley of Laugh In fame as Mrs. Tottendale, and Simon Jones of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy fame as The Man In The Chair.
